Everyone in this thread who is having connection issues, here are some steps that should help your resolve the problems. You should do this for each network connection. I can find no drivers at Lenovo or Microsoft to resolve the diagnostic that shows up in Lenovo System toolbox Device Manager , and cannot permanently uninstall them. I can’t say anything about the others, but this one works great.

I have an old friend who worked as a computer troubleshooter for the Dept. Then go into device manager and remove any 4to6 adapters, WUN miniport adapters, or tunnel adapters. Did you try uninstalling them in safemode? That’s your backup and if anything seems broken, you add it back to the registry which means it replaces the changes you’ve made with the original. I have a yellow warning in my device manager, minipoft Network Adapters, next to the driver Microsoft TUN miniport adapter 2.
Also, I have seen guides for this process on other sites, but i just don’t trust them the way I do majorgeeks No need, I was just curious if you already had the info.
I tried to go to, in my case, Toshiba, but it is under maintenance today! This has mysteriously just showed up in Device manager with a exclamation point by it stating that it could not start. Well sometimes you just gotta laugh so you don’t cry! Remove From My Forums.
Could someone tell me how to do this, step by step including adapyer backup portion of the process so that I don’t mess this up? Also of note, the ONLY recommended place to get drivers for a laptop, is the manufacturer as their hardware is almost always custom.
